12.15: Our supplier has confimed that the earlier issue, caused by a hosting centre outage in London, has now been resolved and all services are working as normal.

11.45: Inbound/outbound calls are now returning to normal. Our supplier has advised that the issue may be resolved and they are currently running diagnostics to confirm this.
