9.00 am: All services have now been restored and are working normally.

Wed 26th September

2.15 pm:  Following this morning's outage, we are now seeing services being restored. However this is likely to cause intermittent and slow speeds connection issues for the remainder of the day whilst services are being resumed.

1.00 pm: BT Wholesale have confirmed an outage and this is being treated as a major service outage. At this stage there is no estimated repair time or cause of outage.

12.30 pm: We have received confirmation of an outage in the London area and engineers are continuing to investigate.

11.45 am: We are aware of an issue affecting Broadband Customers. This problem is at supplier level and is affecting customers in the Greater London and Surrey area. Engineers have been allocated to investigate the cause of the fault, at this stage the cause of the fault remains unknown but is being treated as high priority.
