1.30pm: We are aware of an issue affecting some ISDN services in the Midlands. Affected customers will be receiving an engaged dial tone when attempting make some calls. We are aware of this issue and engineers are working to resolve it now.

Customers are advised that they should be able to make calls by using the 1280 prefix. (These calls may be subject to an additional charge)
