Our ‘We’re Listening’ survey is by far our biggest measure of customer satisfaction and we are grateful to all our customers for sharing so many legitimate points that we can learn from.

 

Our customer voice directs our dedicated Customer Experience Team to focus on implementing improvements. Making Chess a 'great place to be a customer' is based on our customers opinions and not our own.

 

Since our last survey in November 2018, we’ve made some changes solely based on the feedback we’ve received:  

 

  • Simplifying the way customers contact us by phone and email.
  • Clearer communication for billing and pricing.
  • Post Frequently Asked Questions and Answers on the website.
  • Inform customers by text message about their order progress.
