Martin Bacon

Head of Consultants, Chess

Martin has over 20 years of experience in IT industry. Utilising a consultative approach and understanding the clients' business ensures solutions fit with the right budget and functions required. He empowers organisation to work smarter with technology, giving them the edge over their competitors.

He'll be joined by Microsoft will be discussing AI's transformative role in modern workplaces. 

Paul Gibbons

Senior ICT and Managed Services Consultant, Chess

Paul is an experienced telecoms & IT professional. He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding in legacy and emerging technologies, including Cloud Services, Software, Hardware and Networking.

He'll be joined by Cisco to showcase the incredible possibilities of Smart Space Technology.

Ryan Bradbury

Chief Technology Officer at CyberLab

Ryan holds a BSc in Computation from University of Manchester and has over 17 years’ experience in the industry. From 2010, Ryan founded, ran, and grew a successful IT managed service provider. Outside of CyberLab, Ryan enjoys playing tennis, squash, and golf – although he claims not to excel at any of them – and is kept busy by his two young girls.

He'll be addressing the cybersecurity challenges that come with digital transformation.

Grace Ingham

Head of People Support, Chess

Grace Ingham is Head of People Support at Chess and she's been with the business for over 12 years. Together with her team, she helps to create and maintain the culture that has kept Chess in ‘The Sunday Times Top 100 companies To Work For’ list for over 15 years.

She'll be sharing best practices for creating a workplace that attracts and retains top talent and how technology is a crucial consideration. 

Oliver Lofthouse

Sales Director, Chess

Oliver is responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring Chess is a great place to be a customer. With over 10 years in the telco industry, Oliver joined Chess in 2019, but previously worked for the UK' industry giants like Vodafone. His expertise is in mobile and voice communications and consults SMB's on growth through technology. He inspires and motivates his teams to be #FutureFit, actively participating in Chess' award winning culture.
